Job Details

• Collaborate within the product team and group, and across the value chain to create a superior end-to-end customer experience across the product lifecycle that drives growth and profitability
• Contribute commercial acumen and product economics skills to enable the team to continuously improve product performance, including identifying and addressing market trends, commercial matters, competitive threats and regulatory issues and optimising product profitability. Undertake revenue modelling to communicate position for portfolio whilst calling out risks and opportunities
• Participate in major sales activities, including: product and services training, customers escalations and support for key bids
• Work cross functionally with Product Marketing, Sales Teams and Partners to create sales campaigns to drive uptake of products and services and improve EBITDA
• Work with Product Marketing to maintain and provide content for product related collateral and sales tools and position the product for all markets and all buyer types
• Work on optimising the end to end customer engagement process (presales to post-sales support) to deliver a better customer experience.
• Participate and embrace the ways of working mindsets and practices for the team

• Strong analytical skills ability to calculate and articulate ROI of products
