Job Description
  • Assist with project documentation, SoP creation. Outbound testing/recons (BW to Essbase, SRC Systems)
  • Excellent knowledge on FSR Project and its linkage to Consolidation, Elimination and Simulation Activities.
  • Continually identify process improvement opportunities. Ensure accuracy and timeliness of reporting as per calendar.
  • Actively to be involved in the Project from the initial phase and provide ongoing support. Work on process and procedure gaps with LOB to closure. Represent BA Continuum in business partner meetings
  • Train associates on process and procedures and provide ongoing support
  • Working on map changes, balance movements, hierarchy maintenance, and Master Data Management amendments.
Desired Profile
  • Strong Financial Acumen (Balance Sheet, Income Statement, Legacy Source Systems Knowledge, etc) on Accounting
  • Working knowledge on testing (FUT, SIT, UAT), executing test scripts for data movement within various systems
  • Knowledge about Map Changes, Balance movements within systems, Strong Data Analytical skills.
  • Strong knowledge about Master Data Management and changes to be made therein.
  • Ability to manipulate, organize, summarize large amounts of data from/to multiple databases (BW, BI, ECC Excel/Access, etc.)
  • Accounting and financial analysis—ability to compare, identify differences, seek to understand differences, and judgment to raise red flag
  • Ability to assimilate large amounts of information quickly. Ability to understand complex methodologies and issues
  • Strong Knowledge of ERP systems – preferably SAP, oracle, and Bana Legacy Systems.
  • Excellent communication skills, ability to lead discussion and calls. Represent BA Continuum in business partner meetings
  • Ability to execute with minimal direction/instruction, Should be highly motivated and self-starter
  • Good knowledge of Excel, Insight, FCS , Oracle Systems and Share point Must be able to multitask and adjust priorities as needed
  • Strong analytical skills. Must be able to coordinate work across various projects as necessary. Provide recommendations related to process improvements and present research materials in an understandable format
