Job Details

• Has direct responsibility for the global Account Payable & Procurement Ops activity while functioning as a general manager for the Procurement team locally. Conducts the performance management process, identifies training and development needs, and establishes performance standards for the function/group.
• Provides local leadership to in country staff which includes coaching, mentoring and context sharing
• Makes staffing decisions, and ensures resources are available to accomplish priorities
• Develops the team’s Accounts Payable & Procurement Ops global strategic plan and sets goals and priorities based on the direction set for the unit; follows through to ensure that objectives are met
• Develops unit(s) budget and manages the expenses for the group/ unit
• Provides leadership and guidance to staff, fostering an environment that encourages employee participation, teamwork, and communication.
• Liaise with the Business and Partners to influence develop strategy & solutions in support of their goals and objectives.
