• Understanding the requirements and preparing designs for translating those needs into deliverables.
• Writing code or programs to get desired results.
• Testing and validating software and networking hardware to ensure that the program works correctly under all variables and conditions.
• Determine what software is required or what modifications to existing software are needed.
• Working directly with customers and clients to help them use the software accurately and as intended.
• Collaborate with technical writers to create customer-relevant documentation.
• Ensuring compliance to corporate policies, processes and standards
• Maintaining and enhancing applications and software as per specific client-contractual norms.
• Project monitoring and leading module.
• Quality Control activities
• Estimating, Planning, Design and Implementing of the projects.
• Resource allocation of the projects.
• Customer Interaction and probing requirements.
• Architecture and designing synthesising capabilities.
• Provide Production support

• 5+years of experience in software design, development and deployment Core Java applications.
• Experience and expertise in developing apps using Core Java, Java J2EE.
• Expertise in Javascripts & Jquery
• Exposure to Mean Stacks (Mongo, Express, Angular, Node and React for simple and scalable fullstack js applications)
• Expertise in working with relational database such as My SQL and MS SQL Server including writing high performing queries/procedures.
• Exposure of data structures and collections
• Must have worked on application that require handling high throughput of data and high performance.
• Knowledge unit testing using technologies such as Nunit
• Experience with Agile or Scrum software development methodologies
• Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work
