• Lead and Mentor the team technically.
• Participate in full software development lifecycle and write code which gives utmost performance, maintainable, clear and concise.
• Build and maintain high-performance, fault-tolerant and scalable applications/system
• Translate Business Requirements into system designReview the design, architecture, code, test cases of the work completed by team.
• Effort estimation for the new requirements or any changes required in the product.
• Developing frame work required for any specific requirements that can support junior developers
• Preparing HLD and LLD documents, particularly for complex modules that cannot be handled by junior developers.
• Ensuring quality deliverables as per expectations with close coordination with team.
• Ensuring best engineering practices are followed during development.
• Handle customer queries and complaints received directly or through the company support organization.
• Work closely with internal teams like Validation, Implementation, Support, Documentation, Solution team) and external stake holders (Customer)
• Contribute on backlog grooming, sprint planning, reviews and demos

• Liaise with external counsel and industry bodies to determine the potential impact of regulatory developments to Northern’s Indian business;
• Assist the business in developing a governance framework for compliance with statutory requirements;
• Establish and maintain effective external counsel relationships;
• Draft, review and negotiate a wide range of legal agreements including labour supply agreements, employment contracts, procurement contracts with 3rd party vendors and suppliers, lease agreements, confidentiality agreements, and other project related contracts;
• Maintain all relevant inter-company service agreements.
• Maintenance of statutory registers and records of the company;
• Prepare and file all required forms, returns and applications by and on behalf of the company;
• Prepare notices, agendas and ensure minutes are recorded for Board meetings and annual general meetings and ensure that all such meetings are conducted with compliance to applicable law and company requirements;
• Provide legal and governance guidance to requisite business units for implementation of resolutions passed by Board of Directors
