Creating and actively managing a catalogue of all products (standards) used across the bank
Package these products so they are secure, and API driven for observability.
Enforce usage of only these packaged products through the DevOps Pipeline
Manage version upgrades and critical vulnerabilities
Track the usage and inventory of these products
Remediate usage of non-standard/obsolete products
Review the status of these products on a regular basis to define Buy/Sell/Hold.
Spans both on-premise and Cloud
Work collaboratively with stakeholders. Understand clients’ needs and proactively delight them with special experiences to drive superior client experience.
Experienced working in an offshore model is required since role will be based in Bangalore with stakeholders in Bangalore, Singapore and other overseas locations.
Lead team to deliver successful build and implementation of Technology asset management
Work with engineering and design teams practicing scrum methodology
Collaborate with teams to take strategic decisions
Stay on top of the latest technology trends and helping to keep our team ahead
Provide constructive ideas and solutions to challenges, present ideas to stakeholders
Lead through example and build the appropriate culture and values. Set appropriate tone and expectations from the team and stakeholders.

• 15+ years of experience in development/development lead capacity with professional exposure to a breadth of technologies
• Strong experience of packaging a variety of products and technology asset management
• Strong experience of managing the lifecycle of products
• Experience of Cloud, products offered and deployment
• Experience of managing Open Source products
• Experience of tracking and managing risks from Vulnerabilities and Obscolescence
• Strong experience in software development (Agile, DevOps) and digital banking
• Experience in product and innovation management in a high-tech space (IT/data)
