• Minimum 10+ Years in the BPO industry with experience in Sales, Business Development and Operations experience
• Minimum 3+ years of experience in a Business Development, Solutions or Sales support role
• Has preferably worked with Digital native clients (Technology companies – Hi-Tech, Internet, Software)
• Must have minimum 2 – 3+ years of experience in leading solutions for medium to large RFP’s
• Bachelor’s degree must – MBA’s preferred
• Has experience managing a P&L or has experience with financial modeling
