Job Details

• Facilitate overall operational improvement and process setting.
• Advising on the growth of the institutes by understanding the current trends & developments in the education sector such as introduction of new courses, developing collaborative partnerships etc.
• Prepare proposals with respect to new infrastructure and courses including financials & feasibility Facilitating annual operating plan
• To analyse business and financials to determine financial effectiveness and performance
• Facilitating periodic review meetings for Operational and Financial review
• Follow-up and facilitate on closure of actions advised in the review meetings
• Track MES issues & report critical issues concerning MES

• Prepare plans and financial/ operational/ strategic reports related to projects and business activities. Prepare monthly and annual performance reports, project trackers and presentations for Review meetings.
• Track industry growth and conduct industry analysis
  • Provide inputs on current trends (local & global) and emerging technologies for internal review
• Provide feasibility and assessment for implementation of new health care services
• Prepare Strategic and Operational Plans for the Hospital based on market trends and internal factors.
• Track whether the daily activities are aligned with this long and short-term vision. Facilitate for improvement of revenue and profitability of the hospital
• Review & analyse new project proposals and provide suggestions based on financial & operating feasibility
