• Support Global Consistency initiatives in Treasury while working to create strategic blue print for hub strategy including the below aspects:
• Standardize procedures, controls, workflow and client communication for similar work across Regions
• Engage key stakeholders across levels an work through building agreement across solutions
• Benchmark market practices
• Identify success measures and governance around global consistency initiative
• Build scientific model and develop overall project plan to create global hub within Treasury
• Deploy overall plan while keeping stakeholders informed of the progress at each step
• Support Digital Transformation and other key treasury projects in multiple stages as desired by the business

• Proven Project Management skills
• PMP trained or certified (good to have)
• Ability to Influence senior stakeholders
• Knowledge of Treasury environment (good to have)
• Experience in leading large multi generation projects preferably involving technology enablement (AI, RPA, etc.,)
• Strong business acumen with good written and verbal communication skills
• Must have eye for detail and should possess strong strategic & analytical skills
• Excellent time management skills
• Flexible for night shifts
• Good understanding on Treasury products & Basic banking knowledge
• Proven Project Management skills
