Job Details

• The Business Trainer for CSC, Chennai manages the end-to-end responsibility for all Business Training activities across all the business groups based at CSC Chennai.
• Clarify, analyze and document Business Training needs using a consulting approach & provide relevant solutions from the Talent & Learning local and/or Regional portfolios. Responsible for needs analysis, solution design and delivery of the interventions in line with the business requirements.
• Measure impact of the Training Interventions in line with priorities for the T&L team.
• Partner with Lead HRGs across these businesses on individual needs identification, program nomination, attendance and effectiveness of the Learning programs
• Contribute to the CSC & O&T Talent & Learning team, ensuring that it works effectively and is well motivated. Educate, inform and communicate on the overall goals, progress and outcomes to ensure wide understanding. Act as the primary interface/point of contact for the Senior stakeholders at CSC, Chennai, and ensure constant linkage and co-ordination between the various work streams and groups.

• Performs other duties and functions as assigned

• 5+ years of Learning & Development experience using a structured consulting approach
• Understanding of consulting techniques/methods. Ability to deliver informative and compelling presentations. Understanding of the Talent & Learning processes
• Ability to adjust quickly to changes and reprioritization in the business, client needs or organizational issues while remaining focused
• People management, leadership and development skills Relationship and consensus building skills
