Job Details

• 3-5 years of Software Quality Assurance experience
• Good experience in working on LoadRunner and Performance Center
• Preferable testing knowledge on platforms like Sales Force, SAP, eCommerce, PLM, manufacturing technologies and platform on Health Care domain
• Experience in performance testing on Mobile Devices
• Experience in designing workload model
• Experience in Enhancement, Upgrade and post go live implementation support
• Understanding of performance test environments and sizing
• Knowledge on performance center Admin activities
• Knowledge of HTTP/HTML, web services, True client, RDP, mobile and Oracle NCA protocols.
• Experience with traffic capture tools, Fiddler, Wireshark etc.
• Build scripts in VU-Gen and experience with performance test execution using performance center.
• Setting up monitors and gather the performance statistics during the test execution.
• Experience with monitoring tools like SiteScope, OEM and Dynatrace
• Analyze the test metrics, performance test
• Good communication skills to present to teams, effectively communicate to business stakeholders.
• Ability to execute the tests during off hours.
• Knowledge of Performance Tuning is desirable
• Experience working in Agile and DevOps environment will be preferred

Defect Documentation and RCA (Root Cause Analysis):

• Identify high/medium/low priority defects during execution ( the focus should be to identify as many high priority defects as possible)
• Accurately log and track defects following the golden sample
• Attach all required artifact which should enable proof and trace back to defect origin (data, screen shots etc)
• Help the tech lead in defining defect life cycle for the project
• Triage defects logged
• Retest the defect and take them to closure by adding clear and concise comments
• Create reports from the defect management tool
• Should have worked on defect management and test management tools like JIRA, ALM etc

• 3-5 years work experience in testing, of which minimum 3 years must be on hands on performance automation
• Experience in tools HP tools, open source tools
• Knowledge of Jenkins, SVN/GIT, CICD is desirable.
• Experience working in agile model of SDLC and supporting performance automation for multiple teams.
• Experience with test management tools, Central integration tools (Quality center, Jenkins, JIRA, RQM)
• Understanding of the software development lifecycle and methodologies
• General knowledge of industry practices, techniques, and standards.
• Ability to identify and implement process improvement opportunities
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Self-starter with strong, proactive work ethic
• Plans, organizes, and prioritizes own daily work routine to meet established schedule with guidance from Tech Lead/Manager
