Job Details

• Ensure use of Primavera for planning and daily project management
• Formulate and implement manufacturing strategy, which is in line with the divisional business strategy
• Ensure, control, monitor subcontracted work at other divisions
• Review performance parameters for tooling life enhancements
• Ensure availability of necessary manpower and to complete equipments within budgeted man days
• Reliable for delivery and continuity of supply
• Ensure technology up-gradation and modification of the existing machinery to meet changing production needs.
• Lead and head the service groups namely Marking & Cutting, Shell Preparation, Nozzle Fabrication, Machine Shop and Paint Shop and support the Product group
• Raise maintenance standards to an acceptable level to ensure low downtime of equipments and machinery
• Ensure production as per plan and as per the requirement of various International codes like ASME, TEMA, A D MERKBLATTER, and PRESSURE EQUIPMENT DIRECTIVE REQUIREMENTS, and CHINESE SQL REQUIREMENTS etc
• Ensure preventive, predictive maintenance of critical assets.
• Implement maintenance spares inventory management system.
• Ensure purchase of desired machineries as per budget.
• Maintain and monitor good level of housekeeping and safe working environment all across division

• Operational knowledge of sequence of manufacturing processes
• Familiarity with international codes like ASME (Sec. VIII Div. 1 & 2) and TEMA
• Familiarity with various national and international material specifications
