Job Details

• Manage the Change Request process for new projects entering the Roadmap
• Support Global teams with CAD tasks.
• Maintain the accuracy of the Projects Database, Projects Roadmap and ensure it is distributed to stakeholders on a regular and timely basis
• Manage the Change Request process for new projects entering the Roadmap
• Support Multiple Program Management Leads on their dashboards/trackers (Gate/Design Reviews, FLM Trackers, OIL/PDT Performance Trackers)
• Support the Program Managers/PM heads and Projects Team in the production of progress reporting, monthly management reports etc
• Support the Projects Team in the building and management of their project plans / schedules
• Tracking of PRs, Supplier Payments, Customer Receivables(Re-bills), Capex Forecast, Spends, Launch costs etc (maintain trackers)
• Tracking of Departmental KPIs

• Experience and understanding of Project Management methodologies and project lifecycles is advantageous
• Proven experience of 3 to 6 years as program coordinator or relevant position
• Knowledge of program management and development procedures
• Strong working knowledge of MS office applications including: MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint Ability to work with multi-disciplinary teams
• Excellent time-management and organizational skills
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
• Detail-oriented and efficient
• Knowledge of budgeting, bookkeeping and reporting
• Experience in Automotive field will be an added advantage
