Hiring For One of the Leading MNC.
Job Description
  • The scope is to manage a team involved in development and testing of on-board connected services framework which will be integrated into future Alliance platforms.
  • To act as an interface between the corporate counterparts in CCAR and the RNTBCI / Offshore development centres in India.
  • To take the ownership of the SW components developed by different stakeholders
  • To ensure the porting and working of the Developed SW Components into CCAR platforming environment.

Organization

  • Organize ones team in order to perform the deliveries with the required performance
  • Contributes to the formalization of the process of one’s team (input/output, customers identification, process flow)
  • Anticipate all enablers required by the team members to execute the activity (including tools, travels, processes, assets, etc.)
  • Evaluate all risks and dependencies and plan mitigation actions accordingly.

People management

  • Give individual KPI and appraise the team members
  • Perform the daily management of one’s team and takes care about all his/her team members
  • Identify and build the skills required in ones team in order to perform the actual and future activities.
  • Build and follow up the training plan for each team members
  • Team motivation and provide career paths to ones team members.
  • Delivery
  • Decide the objectives and plan for it
  • Is responsible for deliverable of ones team for Quality, schedule and productivity
  • Ensure the reporting of ones team to the management and the corporate
  • Budget
  • Contributes to the Workload / Workforce matching in respect with the budget of the department
  • Contributes to the budget consolidation (identification of the needs) and to build the MTP

  • Contributes to the improvement of the processes and guidelines
  • Perform the return of experience in one’s team
Desired Profile
  • Total Experience: Minimum 12 + Years.
  • Must have 5+ years’ experience as a team lead of minimum team size 20+ Engineers.
  • Experience in developing and delivering Telematics middleware / application is Mandatory
  • Hands-on Experience in UML modelisation (Magic Draw preferred).
  • Working experience in SW Development using C++ (CPP2014) with good knowledge on Templates and Smart pointers.
  • Work experience in Linux OS
  • Experience in GitLab, Scripting (Shell, Python), Service Oriented Architecture, Docker
  • Experience with Jira tracking framework is preferred.
  • Good communication in English, Rigorous and Well organized.
  • Willingness to Travel.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal skills

  • Ability to handle multiple projects and task
  • Analytical skills, logical thinking & presentation skills
  • Ability to manage change and take active leadership and timely decision making
