• Plans and lead major technology assignments
• Liaising with the vendor on getting the change developed.
• Prepare and manage the required implementation/go-live activities together with IT delivery manager.
• Adopt Agile methodology for application development.
• Communicate project status and escalate project risks and issues to stakeholders
• Providing effective PMO support to project teams on small to medium sized projects, or assisting Project Managers on streams of large projects
• Co-ordination of publication, review and sign-off of major Project Management deliverables
• Ensuring project plans are created and maintained, deliverables tracked against time and cost, and resource utilisation is monitored.
• Monitoring and reporting on progress of the project and supporting PM in preparation of Project Steering Committee updates
• Co-ordinating quality activities to meet quality objectives. Managing project risks, issues and change control, communicating the impact to the project
• Build up a repository of project templates both technical and management to support the Project Managers – use examples from current and past projects to identify best practice
• Manage vendor contracts documentation repository and vendor payments in collaboration with Finance
• Business knowledge in the area of FX trade processing & Murex 3.1x will be added advantage

Highly organised, independent and self-motivated
10+ of year of technology industry experience with 4+ in Financial Services & Banking domain
Well versed in Project management fundamentals and concepts both waterfall and Agile
Results-orientated, able to deliver under pressure within short timeframes
Ability to self-prioritise and “Triage” tasks
Able to strike a balance between very detailed and complex data
Strong Communication skills – verbal and written
Team player
Excellent MS office skills, knowledge of toolsets like JIRA, Clarity is a must
PMP Certified / SCM Certified is a must
