Job Description
  • Partner with IT, business and functional leaders to create a working multi-year change and communications roadmap for EVEREST
  • Serve as a strategic communications advisor to senior IT leadership team; develop an integrated strategy approach with existing resources and align for efficiency and effectiveness; develop and implement communications strategies that serve to support overall EVEREST awareness and education.
  • Serve as liaison with business teams and communication to ensure synchronized EVEREST messaging flows two ways for 17+ workstreams. Work with change management vendors and PMO team to develop and monitor KPIs to gauge the success of communications programming and related efforts.
  • Communications Materials: Prepare written materials including business communications, reports, presentation slide decks and scripts for CIO
  • Teammate Communications: Establish an integrated internal communications discipline/protocol that incorporates EVEREST communications with strategic business information for total engagement of teammates. Develops and manages content for Town Hall engagements.
  • Vendor and Budget Management: Oversee estimates, invoices and overall budget accountability; manage communications agencies support on PR, digital communications and related activities, ensuring efficient delivery and strategic alignment with IT efforts and corporate objectives.
  • Digital Social Media Coordination: Work in coordination with business marketing and corporate Digital & Social Media teams and agencies as needed to enhance as possible corporate positioning in social media channels.
  • Manages the company's EVEREST pages on the Intranet, including content planning and trafficking editorial content
  • Serves as a member of the IT Leadership Team
  • Works collaboratively with internal communications team and subject matter experts to offer communications recommendations for internal programming and teammate engagement
