Job Description
  • Conceptualize & test new product ideas in line with brand strategy
  • Initiate, develop and execute local communication in accordance with the international guidelines and the brand philosophy
  • Explore and propose new possibilities and ideas to market the brands in the local market
  • Provide, implement and control the marketing budget allocation
  • Own and manage relationships with agency teams and ensure briefs & plans are aligned with overall brand strategy and objective.
  • Accountable to lead the brand's digital marketing strategy including website, social media marketing, online advertising & ecommerce
  • Monitor & supervise activities aligned with digital media: Planning, buying, implementation, activation, concepts & content.
  • Lead and generate Marketing MIS regularly so as to enable a structured assessment of planned vs. actual and generate actionable points to improve the performance of brand initiatives.
  • Maintain updated knowledge of consumer behaviour, products, related market trends and drivers for the brand through quantitative and qualitative market research

  • Strong understanding of Brand Health fundamentals, consumer & competitive landscape
  • Handled a new product launch along with developing consumer insight, concept & communication development through qualitative and quantitative research
  • Broad understanding of digital marketing fundamentals and media basics
