Job Details

• Heads the ESCO department of the Power Business Unit.
• Leads and manages the ESCO design and sizing team, fulfilling its goal of technical support for current and new projects.
• Heads the projects of designing and optimizing of ESCO power supply solutions: CAPEX, CAPEX replacement, Energy Consumption (grid and fuel) based on client demands, using combined technical internal knowledge and industry standard tools.
• Leads the development of ESCO model and utility incentive program for the long-term business associations with the clients.
• Leads the assessment of the installed equipment in real field operation and conducting various analysis supporting improvement and regeneration of ESCO business model Leads the development of ESCO services and solutions for telecom applications.
• Leads the development of an ESCO tool for project operational efficiency, replacement programs and energy pipeline analysis.
• Works with the O&M team to ensure the product performance, fuel optimization and maximum utilization of existing network power equipment.
• Develops a financial model for ESCO to optimize the use of the existing network power equipment and adapts new technology solutions for a telecom passive infra applications.
• Coordinates regularly with the group P&L for product costing and logistics.
• Works with the asset management teams for the analysis of energy management and adopting the latest technology solutions to minimize the investment & costs.
• Coordinates with the asset management teams for timely delivery of proposed solution.
• Tracks the CAPEX & OPEX as per the project requirements.
• Coordinates with the client on all technical related matters and makes sure to plan the ESCO requests and ensure the delivery of the response is matching the deadline.
• Enforces the team members technical skills, abilities and good practices.
• Maintains up-to date knowledge of the country regulatory requirements.
• Creates and manages project tools including; project plans, schedules, and budgets.
• Oversees the preparation of client bid pre-qualification packages, estimates, and proposals including the compilation of all relevant documents and materials to accompany them.
• Works with Accounting Managers to help developing and executing strategies to retain and improve business with key clients.
• Maintains professional client relationships.
• Partners with other resource managers to ensure assigned projects are staffed correctly.
• Understands and follows all safety and policy requirements established by ESCO and clients.

• 10 years plus in a similar field.
• Self-starter that exhibits a high level of initiative and resourcefulness.

• Strong Organizational and Communication skills
• Adapts behavior to changing circumstances.
• Excellent management and leadership skills.
• Preferred experience with Microsoft Project, Access, SharePoint, and Dynamics.
• Knowledge and familiarity with project management activities including budgeting, defining and managing scope, risk management, and scheduling.
• Knowledge in Operations & Maintenance in Telecom passive infrastructure.
