Job Details

• Lead a team of highly skilled technology resources who will be an extended team for our US team and also may work on projects in an independent/managed delivery model
• Work with the platform leaders and business partners to plan, organize and deliver initiative-based portfolios in a multi-matrixed environment, will be Single point of contact in India.
• Build a repeatable engagement model and knowledge base to establish a global delivery model for
• I&BST
• Innovate with Impact: develop POCs, Pilots and solutions that will enhance customer experience
• Manage budget and demand/supply of resources in line with portfolio needs

• Strong technical and human leadership skills
• Must have hands on technology and architecture background and be able to personally engage with key programs.
• Must have had strong development experience with Microsoft stack
• Proven experience of building global delivery teams. Must have at least 4 years of global delivery experience with minimum 2 years of experience in USA
• Must have practical experience delivering solutions to Agile models
• Must have led large teams with end to end delivery ownership and proven success
• Must have knowledge of US wealth management and retirements domain
