Job Details

• Work closely with translation agencies and review vendors to ensure translation / transcreation quality and monitor language quality
• Liaise with Brand team, internal stakeholders, and the language agencies to deliver on three key parameters:
  (i) Accuracy & factual correctness of translated material
  (ii) Cut down TATs to bare minimum
  (iii) Manage huge volumes across multiple languages
• Develop a good understanding of market expectations for localization quality and deliver accordingly
• Identify challenges in the localization process & work towards resolving them
• Continually expand knowledge and education in localization trends and news
• Maintaining and managing of Status reports (Daily, Monthly) for better planning and managing of ongoing / planned localization projects
• Managing financial process related to all localization vendors / projects

• In-depth knowledge of the localization (translation / transcreation) process
• Proficiency in at least 3 regional Indian languages
• Quality and detail-oriented
• Proven abilities in project planning, resource and voluminous work management
• Ability to work and deliver results under pressure
• Ability to collaborate with inter-department teams and team members
