Job Description
  • Understanding of market research - both qual/quant, data analysis - both internal & external like Nielsen/IMRB; market segmentation,some understanding on media (including digital as well), GC%, NPD process, concept development and A&P budget management. Brief understanding of sales channels.
  • Action oriented, self motivated & takes ownership
  • Data analysis both internal & external
  • Manage & execute annual brand activities
  • Control brand spends as per budgets
  • Support brand lead on NPD process
  • Keep updated with competition, consumer and market information
Desired Profile
  • Total experience – 5-6 years; min sales experience – 2-3 years and marketing experience 3-4 years in food business ( ITC, Nestle, MTR, McGain, Dabur, Brittannia, Emami, GSK, Marico etc).
  • Male candidates will be preferred as there is a huge component of institution business under NL
  • Look for candidates from Tier1/2 institutes.
  • Reporting into Category Lead.
