Job Description
  • Leading a team of over 30 or more Consultants and 6-7 team leaders, on one of the busiest and important accounts. Responsible for leading a team, managing call centre metrics, managing any client queries, ensuring minimum SLA's and KPI's are adhered too as well as liaising with Account Management on a daily basis.
  • Drive continuous improvement in day to day operations.
  • ADM Control, staff error to be minimal
  • People Mgmt - Maintain cordial relationship with vendor, peers, subordinates and team , inter dept and other regions
Desired Profile
  • Customer-oriented approach
  • Proven experience as corporate travel manager
  • A strong understanding of GDS and back office systems, with the capability to make a booking if need be.
  • Knowledge of international travel regulations, customs and currencies
  • Knowledge of T&E reporting and processing
  • Working knowledge of MS Office and GDS solutions
  • Excellent communication (oral and written) and negotiation skills
