Job Description
  • Work with the global Analytics leader , understand the business needs, Develop business case and solutioning in the areas such as Attrition prediction modelling, Standardization of business reports, Data quality & availability , Modelling on best option w.r.t build, buy and borrow. Provide roadmap for building integration platform or adaptors for tools such as workday and service now.
  • Identifying the area of improvement and implement initiatives across all support function to enhance employee experience across all entities namely RNTBCI, RIPL, RNAIPL, NRFSI, NMIPL some of the initiatives include but not limited to value Stream mapping across employee life cycle
  • Is responsible for creating a continuous improvement culture across the HR shared services and support functions (Including HRBP, COE, Talent management, Recruitment, Admin, Security, Finance, IT ) fostering the Lean six-sigma methodology.
  • Ensures the Continuous Improvement approach across group entities and responsible for Implementing continuous Improvement project through DMAIC or DFSS at RNTBCI level
  • Is responsible for mentoring Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, Green Belt and Yellow Belt projects as required.
  • Fosters the global sharing of innovation, new methodologies and best practices. Supports QMS implementation as required. Knowledge of quality management system. Certifications such as ISO 9000 Internal Auditor / Lead Auditor preferred
  • Train / Coach Data analytics & Data science professionals
  • Regular connect with stakeholders to update the progress of the improvements
Desired Profile
  • Preferred experience with shared services of 12 – 14 years in consulting and transformation . Revenue generation and selling of consulting / transformation experience is preferred
