Job Description
  • Lead large-scale initiatives across functions and business units to create best in class customer self-service solutions with machine learning, AI and RPA technologies
  • Responsible for creating and managing scalable chatbot solutions and experiences allowing customers to perform self-help
  • Represent the organization at innovation councils to post requirements for architectural design, feature design, data connections
  • Understanding the customer self service automation landscape, latest technology and trends, and hands on experience utilizing AI/ML/RPA capabilities to deliver customer facing experience
  • Partner with a high performing team of Business Systems Analysts, Product Engineers, and Quality Engineers to build an integrated automation experience
  • Responsible for data injection, personalization, and deep product integration
  • Drive business and technical requirements end-to-end across partners and vendors
  • Manage the requirements, provisioning, quality, and fulfillment throughout the E2E project life cycle
  • Drive contractual requirements around high availability, incident SLA s, and penalties with 3rd party vendors and internal teams
  • Design, document, & improve business processes to remove points of failure and drive a durable, systematic, efficient operation
  • Maintain technical responsibility for project delivery as the sole technical resource on a project or the leader of a delivery team
Desired Profile
  • Hands-on full stack developer
  • A solid track record in driving engagement while leading change
  • Experience and deep understanding of Chatbot technologies such as Azure bot service, Luis, Lex, Dialogflow is a must
  • Experience and deep understanding of RPA technologies such as BluePrism preferable
  • Knowledge of IoT, OCR will be good to have
  • Exceptional communication skills with an ability to converse effectively with engineers and executives
  • Must be able to make effective presentations to a wide variety of audiences to effectively drive alignment and understanding
  • Proven track record of customer-centric, data-driven problem solving that improves business performance
  • Demonstrate project management and organizational skills. Must be able to effectively lead and coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver desired results in the time frame required.
  • Ability to prioritize and balance multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent analytical and problem solving skills. Must be able to identify root causes to problems and develop solutions to eliminate recurrence.
  • Demonstrate experience in the development of efficient business processes
