Job Details

• Define and implement continuous testing strategy in products’ CI/CD pipelines (shift-left)
• Build test automation capability in product teams irrespective of the technology stack
• Create and promote test automation and codingbest practices (BDD, TDD, DDT…)
• Provide test automation training and support to different teams and profiles within the organization
• Coordinate and conduct internal test automation assessments to improve test efficiency and effectiveness of Finastra products
• Conduct and participate to various testautomation initiatives

• Overall development experience of 8+ years with minimum 5 years of experience test automation framework development
• Broad understanding of development and testing environment, culture and tools.
• Deep expertise with test automation implementation at different levels of CI/CD pipelines (unit/component/integration/E2E tests)
• Experience with driving adoption of BDD approach within DEV/QA/BA teams
• Excellent coding skills: Java, Python, C#...
• Experience with many of those tools: Cucumber, SpecFlow, Postman, Protractor …
• Involved in automation framework development in licensed or open source tools
• Good experience in SQL and with different database systems (Oracle, MS SQL etc…)
• Knowledge of software quality and performance metrics and processes
• SDLC experience using Agile methodologies.
• Prior experience in multiple development languages
• Experience with many of those tools: Junit/Nunit/TestNG or any unit test tool, Selenium/Appium/UFT/Protractor or any UI test tool, Robot Framework, SonarQube…
• Exposure to cloud based environments (Microsoft Azure preferred)
• Former development of an API (REST) test automation framework
• Experience in containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)
• Experience in banking or financial services is a plus.
• Experience in leading team of 2-3 technical engineers is a plus
• Ability to drive change.
• Very good written, verbal & non-verbal communication skills.
• Able to present to Senior Leadership.
• Very good analytical skills
