• Computer Science (or similar) degree.
• Strong C# (or Java / C++) development experience
• Experience with multi-threaded concurrent systems.
• Understanding of order management.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with order management systems.
• Experience with market making systems.
• Experience in any of SQL Server, Powershell, Git, Python, Jira, Bamboo or Windows Server.
• Understanding the basics of derivatives.
