Job Details

• Conduct secondary research, extensive site visits / reference plant visits and study to Identify the best in class process and technology selection, associated cost etc. for target metallic and non-metallic minerals
• Work with technical experts like R&D, Technology group, equipment manufacturers etc / other research organizations outside company to develop flow sheets for each target mineral.
• Prepare concept notes, proposals and estimates (capex & opex) for acquiring/ building best in class technology for target mineral projects incorporating highest safety and environment standards.
• Enable and assist project execution team in designing & finalising the plant layout
• Involvement in conducting the experiments/plant scale trials based on the best practices/innovative ideas
• Discuss with customers to understand pain areas and product specific needs and develop product differentiation strategy to address the unmet needs.
• Identify built in DIGITAL technology and other concepts to reduce cost/ improve agility
• To provide technical inputs and expertise aiding in creating a sustainable business models and ensuring operational efficiency of the proposed plants for target metallic and non-metallic minerals.

• High level knowledge of mineral characterisation, different methods of mineral processing/ beneficiation
• Knowledge of Statistical tools
• Understanding of Plant operation and value chain
