Job Details

• Work with Business Analysts to understand business and functional requirements.
• Participate in daily meetings with Business Users, Analysts and Development team and understand the Remedy Development stories.
• Analyze the acceptance criteria and assumptions from the Remedy stories and try to map them with requirements.
• Review Test Management site, figure out test deliverables, formulate Test scenarios, create test scripts and post Test Questions on Test Management site in case of missing requirements.
• Perform System Integration Testing (SIT) using the Test Script, log defects and follow the bug life cycle.

• Sound knowledge of AGILE methodology
• Skilled in formulating project scope and understanding of applicable functional requirements.
• Hands on experience related to Software Testing Lifecycle
• Well versed in prioritizing the testing efforts, converting the requirements and design documents into test cases.
• Sound knowledge of Bug life cycle and skilled in itemization of success or failure of any given step in a test case.
• Test case scripting and creating traceability matrix
• Possessing end to end knowledge of distinct Remedy modules such as Service Request Management (SRM) will be an added advantage.
