• To drive Trade marketing program/initiatives at Pan India Level for Company
• Design and execute customer focused trade programs which achieves financial objectives for the Business
• Design and implement loyalty program for wholesalers/retailers.
• Managing quarterly & yearly budgets for Trade marketing programs.
• Managing cost effective plans for all 4 regions by minimizing revenue losses.
• Design and execute trade scheme for wholesalers/retailers at regional level & review the business growth & ROI impact.
• Re-working on promotions/Trade programs basis on past performance.
• Liaise with sales team, commercial team, logistic, brand/marketing team for day to day
• Operations
• Plan the trade promotion schemes and key outlet scheme, prepare the financial analysis, take approvals and monitor performance of the scheme to increase width and depth of
• Distribution
• Design and implement loyalty program for wholesalers/retailers.
• Organizing dealers/wholesaler’s meet in key potential towns across geography.

• 10+ years of experience in Trade marketing position for FMCG/ OTC/ Diapers/ Personal Care.
• Should bring in significant industry knowledge and contacts.
• Should have strategic level connects within the Distributors community.
• Should be currently responsible for Pan India (preferable) or at least any two regions.
