• Ensuring business process with compliance to the law of land & Business Code of Conduct
• Production Scheduling – Working closely with the procurement team for RM and coordinating with plant team for production of FG .
• Keep a tab on lead time, internal as well as from external stakeholders
• Monitoring the RM Levels on a daily basis to avoid any stock out situations and production downtimes.
• Ensure that the stock is replenished at various locations considering the order scheduling , lead time and space availability constraints .
• Conduct monthly S&OP Meetings with the sales team and Plant teams to ensure that forecasts for the quarter are maintained and planning is scheduled .
• Work closely on production scheduling with the plant team , prioritize production on the basis of pending Sales orders , Stock Transfers , Project Bill of Quantities (BOQ)
• Working closely with the plant MHD to ensure stock availability
• Responsible for Daily Operations MIS to track total production and consumption of FG and RM , scrap generation and yield calculation , Inventory Tracking ,Tracking of Cost of Goods Sold ( COGS)
• Weekly and Monthly reports of Non moving products , Non Liquidated Bill of quantities for project sale , Region wise product mix ( weight & value ) to avoid space constraints at Plant and Warehouses .
• Develop and maintain a good rapport with Inter departments viz: Plant , IT , Sales Team , CSR and Operations Team
• Provide data for Statutory Audits as and when required

• Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in Production Planning and Inventory Management
• Good Hands on experience of Word/Excel & Power point.
• Knowledge of ERP (SAP) PP & MM Module
• Good Analytical Skills
• Good communication and problem solving skills
• Should offer flexibility and shows positive attitude in meeting sales demands for business growth.
• Should have a customer centric approach
