• Responsible for development of product specifications
• Responsible for study of competitor product offering, as well as trade schemes and make recommendations.
• Participate in consumer research and have understanding about consumer need gaps
• Travel, meet trade partners and consumers to have an understanding on category trends and needs.
• Responsible for planning and implementation of product related activities with relevant agencies.
• Responsible for planning and execution of product launch, and post launch review.
• Responsible for product support, technical write ups and making training guides & sales tool
• Responsible for interface with cross functional departments including Sales, Service and Operations.
• Monitoring/managing information - will be responsible for regular trackers/sale data analysis to
• indicate trends and high lights
• Accountable for price comparison and pricing strategy.

• Handling South India project execution
• Project Estimation & Cost-Control measures
• Develop project execution team by appointing Project engineers / contractors / site supervisors
• Lead the execution of the order for both Customer and internal organization, playing a proactive role in problems prevention during the Project life cycle
• Develop after sales service setup
• Identify potential risk factors which may impact the project
• Ensure/improve project profitability through margin review and cost analysis
