• Incumbent would be responsible for designing Products
• Should be innovative and ahead of Market which will address the perceive and non-perceive needs of customer.
• Market Research and Competitors Analysis
• Should be conversant with Customers Interests, Should Possess strong market intelligence.
• Will be required to coordinate with IRDA.
• Process development, implementation, review and continual improvement of Product development department
• Development of team and sharing of knowledge
• Conducting Technical Audits and Compliances

• Minimum 5+ years of Product development
• Experience in handling & through understanding of particular class business with proven track record
• Proven leadership skills with ability to build competent team
• Highly result oriented with problem solving abilities
• Ability to handle cross functional teams
• Open to taking up new initiatives & responsibilities.
