• Manage team(s) of SQA engineers/SDETs
• Hire, train, and supervise SQA staff
• Lead and mentor SQA Engineers/SDETs
• Evaluate and improve QA processes
• Drive close collaboration between Russian, US and Indian engineering centers
• Own high level of test automation for new and delivered product
• Enforce procedures across multiple environments and projects
• Prepares quality documentation and reports by collecting, analyzing and summarizing information and trends including failed processes, stability studies, recalls, corrective actions, and re-validations
• Identify possible errors and areas of improvement in application development

• 5+ years hands on experience in an SQA leadership position
• 7+ years hands on experience in SQA function (manual or automation)
• Thorough understanding of the role of SQA in SDLC, testing processes and methodologies
• Proven experience and ability to manage people, processes and technology
• Strong hands on experience in software agile team’s management
• Experience with acceptance test and behavior-driven test methodologies
• Ability to interact with all levels of staff and organize multiple project assignments
• Excellent communication, leadership, mentorship and development skills
• Experience working in globally distributed teams
• Nice to have - 2+ years hand on experience in test automation (Python, JavaScript or C#)
