• Perform and checking design of pressure vessel, Shell & tube heat exchanger, Reactor, Process Column, Storage Tank
• Preparation and checking of Specifications, MR/TBT. Review of Vendor Document for Pressure vessel, Shell & tube heat exchanger, Reactor, Process Column, Storage Tank, Air Cooled exchanger, Other Static Equipment
• Guiding draftsmen, checking Mechanical data sheets
• Technical evaluation of vendor offers, Vendor Technical discussion, Vendor Kick of Meeting
• Performing interdisciplinary checks.
• Planning and scheduling of assigned work and determining staffing needs to meet the project milestones and assumes responsibility for meeting cost, man-hour budget and project schedules for all work assigned to the group or subordinate personnel
• Providing technical guidance and assigns work to engineers, designers, drafters and others who assist in performing specific assignment.
• Independently co-ordinate inter-discipline, project personnel, vendor’s representatives and project field personnel to gather and give information.
• Working with Client/ PMC for resolving the Technical queries, obtaining the necessary technical approvals, etc
• Supporting the proposal efforts for various projects bids
• Maintains project Contract review, KPI, Change Tracking, Schedule Tracking, Productivity and dashboard reporting, Value Engineering, Lesson Learnt etc.
• Performs technical audits as and when required.
• Prepares, reviews or monitors project controls, cost estimates, quantity take offs and manpower requirement.
• Gives on-the-job training, promotes development of subordinates, evaluates and counsels assigned personnel.
• Quality control for own project
• Focal point for Static Equipment discipline in multidisciplinary project.

• At least 8 years of experience in working in detail engineering activity in multi discipline engineering team, preferably in Oil and Gas sector.
• Shall have knowledge on International/Indian Codes/ Regulations like ASME Sec VIII div 1 & 2, TEMA, API 650, ASME material codes, PED, IS-875, IS-1893, IBR.
• Desirable to have familiarity with specifications and standards of international Clients and consultants like Shell, EIL etc
• Shall be conversant with PV-Elite / Autopipe Vessel / Compress
• Working knowledge on Autocad, FEA is desirable
• Experience in similar consultancy organization, EPC projects preferred
• Advanced analytical, problem solving, accuracy, attention to details, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to establish deadlines for the team, manage priorities, and effectively achieve the goals in fast paced environment is critical.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English is essential. Ability to foster communication within diverse cultural environments.
• Ability to plan, communicate/present concepts and reports on complex topics with the ability to persuade and influence others as needed.
• Ability to give and receive constructive feedback and to respond appropriately.
