Job Description
  • Participate in Morning meeting to understand quality issues at leadership, address Sales Team on DSSI score progress, major customer pain points, SOPs and other audience-relevant sales quality concerns.
  • Check for Open Issues, Closure of Issues.
  • Check Clouser days, Cccurence ratio, Contactability.
  • Complaint Capture @ PTF, PVF, PCF, 3rd day, 21st Day, 45th Day 7 60th Day and analyzing its Trend
  • Root Cause Analysis and Countermeasure
  • Listening sample calls for checking the script adherence by CRE white calling
  • Observe a few customer interations and deliveies.
  • SC, SQM, CRE, Hostess & SM Process Training.
  • Check for process adherence:-Check test drive cars condition, showroom and display area, display vehicles for compliance stc.
  • Checking randomly the Sales Contract copies, CR Forms Delivery Checklists, instant Feedback if they are filled completely the same wherever applicable and are updated in D'lite.
  • Discussion with GM, SM for Closure of issues and findings during the day
