Job Details

Supplier Performance Management:

• Conduct audits for suppliers, as required
• Responsible for new supplier approvals
• Manage external/third party audits for assigned suppliers and TP calibration standards
• Maintain and report supplier food safety performance metrics
• Follow through suppliers/product complaints to closure
• Coach/ mentor suppliers for continual improvement in their audit scores/ performance
• Maintain Star Net/ True View database
• Product specifications review and approvals
• Participate in product commercialization trials/ visits

Distribution Centers QA:

• Conduct distribution center audits, as required
• Drive for corrective actions closures
• Initiate and close product recalls in respective markets, as required

Regulatory Compliance:

• Participate in regulatory forums, as required
• Keep track of emerging regulations, could potentially impact KFC products, suppliers or store operations etc.
• Review and approval of product labels

Min Graduate or Post-Graduate in Food technology/Dairy technology/Microbiology/Bio-technology or equivalent with relevant work experience in Food Industry in the areas of quality assurance, regulatory, suppliers or third-party operations, food retail or distribution. Preferably having worked in food FMCG/QSR sector for min 8-12 years & having 4-5 years of managerial experience as a part of overall work experience.
