• Work with business leaders to identify top problems that can be solved through Artificial Intelligence, machine learning, data science and physical-digital technologies.
• Guide, mentor and coach the team members and develop the next generation AI leaders for the company.
• Create open work environment and sharing of technology across business and disciplines by bringing in physics and domain knowledge together with machine learning and AI.
• Establish a strategy for reusable capabilities in AI, so others in the company can use this capability to accelerate value delivery.
• Drive execution of the portfolio of technology development in alignment with business needs. Drive Fastworks culture in the team and drive agility in execution.
• Ensure strategic intellectual property protection and freedom to operate for key technologies and product

• Prior experience leading projects and people in a problem solving setting. Thrives in a matrix environment
• Ability to work effectively across functions and demonstrated ability to coach and mentor others
• Strong communication skills including the ability to clearly communicate technical strategies
• Demonstrated ability to influence without formal authority and collaboration across teams
• Demonstrated operational rigor. Ability to make decisions with confidence when problems or solutions are not 100% defined. Influence, facilitation, and negotiation skills; boundary-less/solution-focused approach
• Proven ability to manage risk and uncertainty for self and team within a dynamic priority-setting environment
