Job Description

Strategy Formulation :

  • Looking for a Strategic Thinker with experience in formulation of long term and short-term Strategic Plans for a medium to large corporation with focus on fast track growth. Market sizing, Market Potential, Competition Mapping and Customer Segmentation to identify and define customer needs, leading to robust Business Strategies.
  • Must be able to identify profitable customer segments based on organizational strengths, competitive landscape and growth requirements.
  • Must translate strategies to actionable tactics and innovative Business and Pricing Models to drive revenue and profitability.

Portfolio Management:

  • The business offers a range of solutions to our very demanding enterprise customers. Must understand the customers’ needs and work and ideate with the design teams to come with innovative and cost-effective portfolio of solutions for our customers. Identify portfolio of solutions that would drive demand tomorrow. Formulate strategic partnerships with key OEMs to offer integrated and engineered solutions. Manage the entire portfolio of offerings in terms of relevance and technologies offered.
  • We are looking for a Marketing Manager to lead our outbound marketing activities. You’ll be responsible for presenting our Services / solutions in ways that will strengthen our brand and boost sales.

Customer Marketing

  • Identifying and formulating the customer acquisition strategy to acquire the right customers based on volume and profitability. Create marketing programs and guide the sales effort in the right direction. Analyze the results of sales efforts in terms win-loss, profitability and cost overruns. Must participate in formulating the sales-pitch and the bidding process to guide the most winnable value proposition against potential competitors
  • For this role, you be a creative and quantitative thinker. You should be familiar with various product marketing techniques, like email campaigns and pricing strategies.
  • Your goal will be to develop and implement the most profitable plans to position and promote our products.

  • Produce valuable and engaging content for our website and blog that attracts and converts our target groups
  • Build strategic relationships and partner with key industry players, agencies and vendors
  • Prepare and monitor the marketing budget on a quarterly and annual basis and allocate funds wisely
  • Oversee and approve marketing material, from website banners to hard copy brochures and case studies
  • Measure and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, gain insight and assess against goals
  • Analyze consumer behavior and adjust email and advertising campaigns accordingly.
