Job Details

• Responsible for Methoding of New Process Development & Existing Processes
• Understanding and Interpretation of Customer Specific & NADCAP Standard & Process
• Preparation of documents such as Technique sheet, Process sheet, SOP of process, Work Instructions etc
• Installation and upgradation of new facility, setup preparation, execution of trials & preparation of data package for customer approvals
• Ensure zero defects in Surface Treatment processes.
• Introducing low cost automation to improve the productivity
• Co-ordination with internal & external customers to clear the jobs on time
• Responsible for facing the NADCAP audit & maintaining merit always
• Regular updation of NADCAP notifications and implement the same in the system
• Training & development of sub-ordinates to continuously improve their skills
• Ensuring all the systems & documentation as per AS-9100, NADCAP, OHSAS, ISMS, TPM & TOC are followed in the department
• Responsible for zero System & Production NC from Internal & External Customers
• Adherence to all Legal and Environmental Norms set by Government
• Valuing the information received & effort spent in creating every piece of information.
• Ensuring the right information is accessed by right individuals.
