• Lead a team of maintenance technicians, engineers, planner and store keeper to deliver optimum value for our consumers on day to day basis
• Developing multi-skilled associates to maintain a well-trained staff and closely work with Technical Trainers to find/develop/organise all kind of required training.
• Ensure team is strictly following all Safety, Food safety, Sustainability, HACCP, Local regulations and ISO requirements.
• Facilitation and co-ordination of all reactive (breakdown) works at factory and set priorities of works in shift
• Providing first line technical leadership, guidance and support for his team
• Plan and schedule all maintenance activities to ensure compliance to master maintenance plan
• Accountable to organise and implement all planned and unplanned maintenance activities on time with required quality
• All works should be organised to fully satisfy all requirements from Value stream
• Prioritize Simultaneous problems
• Periodically measure and analyse wrench time, discuss with stake holders and line manager what work can be given to effectively utilise shift resources, provide implementation of preventive works.
• Periodically measure and analyse key maintenance KPIs, collaborate with the team to comeback with action plans and improvements
• Responsible for the maintenance Budget where he / she needs to plan, prepare forecast for the total year budget, track and control the maintenance Budget on periodic basis
• Leading Maintenance morning meetings, represent maintenance team in the DOM to comply with FMOS standards
• Support and cooperate with Technical Manager with implementing new maintenance systems
• Support and collaborate with site facility management team (for Utilities and building) to have smooth factory operations

Min 5 years working in an industrial/manufacturing environment, preferably in operations and/or engineering role able to work in all areas of the factory including utilities.
