• Should have excellent written/ verbal communication skills (English business communication)

• Basic knowledge of Oracle Freight Payment, Billing and Claims
• Basic knowledge of Oracle Fusion Transportation Intelligence
• Proficient in OTM Administration
• Well versed with trouble shooting log, Should be able to troubleshoot screenset/manager layout/menu management
• Working knowledge on Integrating OTM with ERP or custom applications.
• Translate business requirements into functional requirements (or non-functional requirements)
• Advanced knowledge of Oracle Transportation Operational Planning
• Global Supply Chain expertise
• Management information systems expertise
• Understanding and experience with integrating IT systems
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and collaborative skills.
• Experience working with a multi-continent technical team preferred
• Experience in Integration with EBS
• Ability to manage & track incident life cycle
• MS Office: 2007-2013 (Outlook/ PowerPoint/ Excel/ Word must)
• Experience of working on Service Now.
