Designation Zonal Digital Marketing - With Leading FMCG Industry Client
Job Description
  • Enhance brand awareness within the digital space for all PRI brands; design, build and maintain PRI’s social media presence in the Zonal initiatives in accordance with the National Plan.
  • Create and drive content with the help of brand team
  • Spearhead zonal digital initiatives to drive sales & marketing objectives.
  • Ensure prominent digital presence for PRI brands across zonal&regional on-trade and off-trade partners.
  • Drive online activations, scout for online partnerships, CRM and database marketing.
  • Plan and execute all digital marketing initiatives, email, social media and display advertising campaigns for respective Zone in line with agreed BDP.
  • Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs) for respective Zone.
  • Prepare and manage digital marketing budget.
  • Work towards ensuring every Region marketing initiative has digital plan
  • Create framework for measurement of pre and post reach and promotion effectiveness
  • Assist central social media team to monitor, listen and respond to user interactions across platforms.
  • Assist central paid media team to buy advertisements on Social Media platforms (Facebook, YouTube, etc.)
  • Use the social media platforms to effectively reach out to and engage with PRI’s consumers in the respective Zone.
  • Identify trends and insights and optimize spend and performance based on the insights for respective Zonal Markets.
  • Work with Sales IT to design measurement of Digital reach through a tool vs competition
Desired Profile
  • Preferably MBA with 5-7 years of experience in the FMCG / Alco-bev ; open to Graduate with relevant work experience also in renowned agency or brand managing
  • Good understanding of all social media platforms and spent minimum 3 years on digital & social media initiatives
  • Ran and managed campaigns which delivered Digital KPIs
  • Good understanding of Data Analytics and Budgets related to digital projects
  • Established Digital and Social Media/Community Management for trade marketing partners.
  • Experience in Media Buying
  • Working knowledge of paid and owned aspects of digital media
  • Have an ability to work in individual capacity
  • Willing to travel extensively
  • Established Digital and Social Media/Community Management for trade marketing partners.
  • Experience in Media Buying-Track record of increasing digital reach and engagement through various digital initiatives.
  • Experience delivering significant social media marketing campaigns.
