• Supervision of Command Centre Operations
• Supervision of AMs in their shifts
• Escalation Management - Coordination with stakeholders- Internal & External
• AMC related works
• Framing of SOP, Generation and presentation of MIS,
• Manages daily team of C&C operators and Security Control Room Works and Security Town control room in alignment with functional goals.
• Preparation of SOP and ensure the SOP is adhered to.
• Collection, Collation of data for preparation of Dashboards and review presentation for Chief of Security
• Ensure the health status of the Command & Control Security equipment’s installed and coordinate with the respective department in case of any failure.
• Prepare documentation & MIS Reports
• Capacity building of his team deployed at Command & Control Centre
• Work with Head Security Technical Convergence to proactively identify and fix security flaws and vulnerabilities.
• Monitors intelligence collection processes of team to ensure effective significance and reliability.
• Supports information and intelligence gathering for critical information reports and other situational awareness reports.
• Identifies company vulnerabilities and support in establishing appropriate policies, procedures and programs to minimize risk.
• Managing a team of C&C operators in preparing their duty chart and deployment.
• Responsible for alarm monitoring, call centre work (Security), answering phones, answering emails, risk analysis, threat analysis, base determination fraction, dispatching of quick response team, coordination with Control room both works & Town etc.

• Sound communication ability, well versed in MS Words, PPT, Excel
• Experience - Minimum 5 years of experience of working in Defence Services/Police/CPMF/ Corporate Security Function of a reputed company/ IT function of Security Systems (Preference will be given to person with experience in handling access control, Vehicle Monitoring System and Periphery Security & Intrusion Management)
