• Develop a subsystem through design specifications, failure modes and effect analysis, DFSS
• Scorecard, and system validation specifications
• Be part of Agile teams focused on delivering outcomes to customers
• Breakdown high-level customer requirements into features/stories
• Prepare, document and present technical data to internal and external customers
• Execute the analysis, design, test, or integration required to meet business standards and
• program / product requirements
• Participate on teams assigned to address specific organizational initiatives
• Prepare invention disclosures to protect the technology that provides a competitive advantage to the business
• Share engineering information and promote open dialogue
• Assure proper documentation of technical data generated for the assigned projects and/or tasks
• Identify & improve the Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) within sub-systems
