• Develop ABP and LTP of Section and department.
• Chalk out business objective and strategies to meet the ABP
• Monitoring and reviewing the processes efficiency. Review the lead and lag indicators of set KPIs.
• Drive the improvements activities and projects of the department.
• Develop MOUs with Supplying departments and establish the strong communications system and periodic review of MOUs.
• Establish communication system with customer and periodic review of concerns.
• Responsible for maintaining compliance to quality systems like IS16949 in organization.
• Maintain and apply socially acceptable practices in the workplace confirming to SA8000.
• Assess the requirements of CAPX in the line and upgrade.
• Ensure proper employee engagement through various improvement initiatives.
• maintain the administration, budgeting, monitoring, reporting, communication and
• liaison on all departmental affairs

• Environment, Health and safety. Plant up keep, Housekeeping and Amenities.
• CRCA Planning & Production
• Product Quality and Process Losses
• Culture of continuous improvement. People Development / Engagement, Training, Suggestion, DM, SGA, quality circle, TPM circle / Team, Manthan, improvement projects, Benchmarking with other plant and processes. TQM and Continuous Improvement Processes.
• Failure and delay Analysis
• Legal, Statutory and mandatory requirements
• Operational Consumables and spares
• Conversion cost / Cost
• Contract Management. CSM Standard.
• Miscellaneous tasks as and when they arise in collaboration with relevant agencies & Chief, Head and other team members.
• External / Internal certification – TS16949, SA8000, ISO14000, ISO9000 etc.
• Key process parameters and KPI.
• CAPEX and MCRC proposals.
• ABP, BO&S, LTP development
