Job Details

• Achieve annual regional sales Target. Managing key accounts/ submit proposals and negotiate the prices.
• Develop & manage new customers and establish, strengthen dealers network.
• Provide technical and commercial support & help to dealers sales & Service team. Prepare written quotes, RFP’s, RFI’s and RFQ responses.
• Managing sales activities in assigned territory.
• Managing Dealer sales team and help to close crane deals.
• Provide information to customers in order to help them in their purchasing decisions for Company products and services.
• Managing Financial institutions.
• Assist in the development of sales tools for dealers and customers and establish feedback mechanism.
• Coordinate product training of sales and support personnel for all including dealers and customers.
• Ensure new product information is communicated to appropriate personnel as required.
• Establish network & relationship with end users from key decision makers to operating level personal.
• Ensure receipt of Accounts receivables and necessary follow up

• Good communication and negotiation skills
• Technical knowledge on machinery and parts
• Fluent English preferably from English Medium and local India language (Hindi or one other local Indian dialogue) both in spoken and written
