• Providing strategic and technical planning to successfully manage site; assure timely delivery, monitor promotions and provide reporting.
• Drive Operational efficiency across Site, manage budget and operations in an effective manner.
• Recruiting, retaining and developing results driven R&D staff – top grade when necessary
• Building a culture of engineering excellence (quality, delivery, security, performance, resilience etc.)
• Coordinating and conducting technical presentations and negotiations
• Ensuring objectives and KPI’s are met through implementation of performance objectives programs, policies and key messages
• Coaching managers and project leads to ensure an efficient management organization
• Participating in Voice of Customer with other R&D organizations and Radiometer in general
