Job Description	At least 15 years of experience in handling Sales for entire North India Managing the Distributor Channel. Developing Sales strategy & Meeting Primary & secondary Targets. Managing Distributors & Controlling Team of Area Managers / Sales executive, Market intelligence / Business hygiene Conducting business Development activity (ATL/BTL). Achieve Quarterly and Annual Budget. Knowledge about North India is a Must and should have good Presentation skills/ Analytical skill etc. Currently handling OTC sales in at least three states (including Delhi) of North India.
