Job Description
  • To handle overall Sales & Corporate travel operations, Profitability & Deployment of assigned Region.
  • Identify new business opportunities, acquiring new business and harvesting existing large accounts.
  • Overall monitoring of corporate travel business for various corporate and measures to achieve higher profitability.
  • Relationship management with enterprises within entire region.
  • Experience with Back end/Front end operations.
  • Ensure delivery of KPI's/ targets including day to day service levels, customer experience, quality measures and compliance measures.
  • Ability to demonstrate business strategy into day to day delivery
  • Setting and reviewing Quality performance standards.
  • Manage complaints & responsible for Business Continuity.
  • Ability to drive employee satisfaction and control attrition.
  • Responding to RFPs, RFIs, preparing proposals, presentations, handling client visits.
  • Revenue Management - Monitoring revenue generation from corporate clients by closely monitoring both the top and bottom line of the client.
  • Market and competitor's situation analysis on regular basis.
  • Engage & retain clients with immediate escalation facilitation, regular visits & value delivery.
  • Liaise with the accounts team and help meet up with the payment as per the timeline and requirement.
Desired Profile
  • Excellent leadership, people management, communication and influencing skills at a senior level
  • Enjoys change and displays ease of adaptability to change.
  • Should have 8 to 12 years exp in Business Travel Operations and Sales.
  • Candidate should have good corporate networking. .
  • Excellent knowledge of GDS- Galileo, Amadeus.
