• Collect ideas, evaluate ideas and screen ideas and check feasibility of the ideas for future projects
• Execute innovation programs that drive innovation capability development and partnerships, support innovation –centric collaboration and knowledge –sharing and assist with the incubation and scaling of innovation- enabled transformation
• Application of ideas in large scale
• Gather financial, industry/function -specific market and business information, using internal and external resources
• Present data analysis in intuitive graphical and tabular formats
• Execute cost Innovations, productivity Innovations & descriptive innovations
• Coordinate with stake holders to meet required approvals and conduct stage gate Reviews.
• To develop and research new technologies related to Power electronics applications, SCADA, Machine learning, Drones, Embedded Engineering etc.

Business Innovation and Strategy

• Understand component / software roadmaps and map them to future projects.
• Support the delivery of innovation to maximize business benefits from an innovation perspective.
• Take a lead developing the cost benefit analysis for projects.

Market Information

• Gather financial, industry/function -specific market and business information, using internal and external resources.
• Applying knowledge of technical details of market business and related products.

Problem Solving Using Tools

• Apply established tools and methodologies to support business decision making.
• Compiling information for internal and external reporting is essential along with the ability to quickly assess business cases and options for how to develop an innovative idea.
• Build consensus with customers and innovation stakeholders and lead the implementation of process changes and the development of any tools as required.
